I hope this letter finds you well and thriving! I am writing to you today with a heart full of gratitude and optimism as I share some personal news. After 21 rewarding years at the helm of Hixon Zuercher Capital Management I have made the decision to retire from the firm, effective August 1, 2023.

This decision was not made lightly, but with careful consideration of the path I would like to explore next in my life. I have had the distinct honor and pleasure of serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of our firm. The journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, filled with exceptional experiences, learning, and above all, the opportunity to work with you.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to each one of you. You have placed your trust in me and our team, sharing not only your financial goals and dreams but also your lives with us. Together, we have weathered financial storms, celebrated victories, and navigated through the complexities of wealth management. For this, I sincerely thank you.

Please be reassured, I am leaving you in incredibly capable hands. Our team at Hixon Zuercher Capital Management, made up of devoted, skilled, and trusted individuals, is more than equipped to continue guiding you towards achieving your financial objectives. I have full confidence in their ability to uphold our firm’s core values of Integrity, Professionalism, Excellence, Teamwork, and Abundance. You will be well looked after, just as you have been throughout my tenure.

I am especially thrilled to share that our co-founder, Tony Hixon, who you already know and trust, will be guiding the firm forward as the new CEO. Additionally, Josh Robb, who has been with the firm for nearly ten years, and who has been a partner since January 1, 2022, will be taking on a larger ownership interest in the firm as part of this transition. He will remain our Director of Wealth Management. Tony and Josh will continue our tradition of leading our team to provide personalized, attentive service, and I have the utmost confidence in their ability to provide the guidance and expertise you have come to expect from our firm.

You can be confident that our top priority is, and always will be, ensuring a seamless experience for you. Our team is available to answer any questions or concerns you might have during this period of change.

Retirement marks the end of a chapter and the beginning of a new one. I am excited about what lies ahead, and I am looking forward to spending more time with my family, pursuing personal passions, and exploring new horizons.
