Hixon Zuercher Capital Management Names Austin Wilson Partner and Chief Investment Officer
Findlay, OH — January 1, 2026 — Hixon Zuercher Capital Management is pleased to announce the promotion of Austin Wilson to Partner and Chief Investment Officer (CIO)! In this role, Wilson will assume responsibility for shaping and overseeing the Firm’s investment strategies, leading the Asset Management Team, and joining the Management Committee as Hixon Zuercher continues to grow and serve its clients with excellence.

Wilson joined Hixon Zuercher in January of 2018 as a Research Analyst and was later promoted to Co-Portfolio Manager in 2023. In October 2024, Austin earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation and was given the title of Director of Investments.
During his time with the Firm, he has played a key role in designing and managing client portfolios, conducting company and market research, and helping to shape the Firm’s investment philosophy. With this promotion, Wilson will take on expanded responsibility and oversight, continuing to align investment decision-making with Hixon Zuercher’s core mission: stewarding generational wealth.
In addition to his Partnership and new title, Austin is excited to contribute to the Firm’s ongoing thought leadership with his new blog, Inspired Investing! On his platform, he will provide insights, commentary, and educational content on markets and investments. He’s passionate about helping everyday investors stay confidently invested through every market cycle – to invest smarter and live inspired. Austin will launch his first-ever post on January 16th and continue to release blogs on the third Friday of every month.
