Important Health Policies
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, we remain committed to serving our clients while also caring for our colleagues. We will be implementing guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and our state and local health departments.
The following policies are currently in effect:
- Our office is open. We request that you make an appointment before visiting as we are regulating the number of visitors.
- Virtual meetings are available. Clients and prospects have the choice of meeting with us in-person, virtually (using Zoom or similar technology), or by phone. Working virtually doesn’t limit our ability to answer your questions or have review meetings to make sure you are on track toward your goals and make any adjustments that might be needed.
- Masks are required. We follow the guidelines set forth by Governor of Ohio, Mike DeWine, and require a mask upon entering our facility.

Virtual Meetings via Zoom
A virtual meeting can be done from your computer, tablet, or mobile device – all you need is an internet connection. Your Wealth Advisor can share information live from their screen, just like you’re in the office. If this is the first time you’ve participated in a virtual meeting with your Wealth Advisor, all you need to do is review the instructions (coming soon) and download the software. Then you’re ready to go. If you have any trouble, give us a call at 419-425-2400.
