Ms. Otley serves as an Administrative Assistant at Hixon Zuercher Capital Management. She provides a warm welcome to our clients as they enter the office. Additionally, she supports the firm by staying on top of the behind-the-scenes tasks and assists with operational needs of the firm, allowing our wealth advisors to continue providing exceptional service to our clients.

Hannah joined Hixon Zuercher Capital Management in June of 2026 and brings a diverse background spanning ministry, administrative support, education, and restaurant management to the team. Through each of her previous experiences, the common thread has been a passion for organization and building relationships with others.

Personal

As a Findlay, Ohio native, Hannah is a proud resident of Flag City, USA. She is a member of Gateway Church, where she enjoys serving her local congregation through their worship and youth ministries, and is also involved in a Life Group. Hannah loves spending her time investing in others, whether that be through Sunday night youth band rehearsals, mentoring students, or spending time with friends. Outside of work and volunteering, Hannah enjoys time with her fiancé, Brady, and their dog, Poppy. You can catch her on long walks in Findlay’s various nature preserves or trying out new coffee shops around the Northwest Ohio area.
