PROMOTER’S DISCLOSURE

The following disclosure is provided in addition to the current Disclosure Document of HIXON ZUERCHER, LLC DBA HIXON ZUERCHER CAPITAL MANAGEMENT (“Advisor”).  

The Promoter is not affiliated in any way with Advisor, other than as described in this letter, and has assisted in presenting the advisory services offered by Advisor and has or may assist also in establishing (and maintaining) Client’s relationship with the Advisor.  

For the term of the Client’s advisory relationship with Advisor, and according to an agreement between the Promoter and Advisor, Advisor will pay the Promoter a percentage of the investment advisory fees Client pays for the management of Client’s investment portfolio. The compensation paid to the Promoter by Advisor is for the solicitation of services and for referring Client to Advisor as a client and covers any expenses for these efforts.  

The services may also include periodic contacts about investment performance, reviews, or other information as may be requested or required to assist in understanding Advisor’s services or establishing an advisory relationship or providing/updating client information on behalf of Advisor.  

IN NO EVENT WILL THE PROMOTER’S SERVICES INCLUDE PROVIDING INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICES ON BEHALF OF ADVISOR IN ANY MANNER.  

The compensation for these services is paid completely by Advisor from the investment advisory fees earned, which are not increased or passed along to Client in any way. Therefore, advisory fees paid to Advisor will not be increased as a result of these solicitation services.
