Hixon Zuercher’s recent development, The Refocus Coaching Academy: Purpose Driven Retirement Coaching Guide for Financial Advisors, is being recognized for innovativeness in the financial services industry. Today, our firm hosts Refocus on Retirement Workshops and private coaching sessions to help clients navigate the non-financial side of retirement.
In late 2023, I shared my mother’s story on a popular advisory podcast, and it resonated deeply within the industry. I received countless calls from advisors across the nation asking how they could implement similar non-financial retirement coaching services in their own firms. This overwhelming response inspired us to create The Refocus Coaching Academy course, enabling my mom’s legacy to extend beyond our firm and into many others. Now, all of our advisors are fully trained and certified as Refocus Certified Advisors, ensuring that her vision will continue to make a lasting impact.”
By setting a new standard for recognition based on remarkable achievements and innovation, the ThinkAdvisor 2024 Luminaries Awards program inspires the industry to reach greater heights of leadership, creativity, and community engagement. A panel of independent judges made up of distinguished industry professionals will determine the 2024 winners, who will be recognized during an awards event at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas on December 11-12, 2024.
